Picture my parents, staying up late into the night and rising early in the morning, attending to my grandfather who relies on a feeding tube due to his Parkinson’s disease. They’re there for him tirelessly, round the clock, as he requires assistance every few minutes. As time went on, I could see the both of them becoming worn out and stressed, juggling working along with taking care of him. It made me think of all the other caregivers out there, who have to take care of someone with no help and no one to talk to about their situation. That was what inspired me to make a place where those very people could tell their stories and receive support. Just like I’ve told my story, anyone reading this can tell their own here.
